Thank you for fixing the toilet. I truly appreciate it. I would also like to see response repair times improve moving forward. I understand there is currently a maintenance staffing shortage; however, I also take responsibility on behalf of my cleaning team for causing the issue that was found. After speaking with the property manager she really went above and beyond to have the issue fixed promptly. Thanks again!
Our experience with this apartment complex so far has been amazing! The property is beautiful and appears very well managed. Hailey gave us a tour of the community and has been available every step of the way to answer questions and help us find the perfect home.
