This year it happened again. They asked me to park in the overflow area so they could clean my spot so I did fell 2x and a neighbor had to help me to my door. Between last and this year I have fell about 5x. I had to file a complaint cause nothing was getting done. If your disabled or elderly don't move here and expect to be treated fairly.
I'd give it a zero but that's not an option, they gave me 6 weeks to find a place or resign a lease for another yr but at a 1200 plus rent, I had a subsidized apartment they did away with those and there was not an apartment with subsidized apartments with in a 200 plus mile radius. I a 65 yr old woman had to live in my van cause I couldn't find a place I checked other states etc no luck. If you have something go out it takes them months to fix it get another. Not good
actually it is less than 1 star , but its the only option! beware, in my opinion every positive review you see is fake! written by management! some of the websites are obviously theirs, and bad reviews are screened out! or a fake reply to contact them to make things better, like they care about you or your opinion! what would a property mangement team do to rectify hurting you or your family!? run away from this place as fast as you can!!!!!!!!!!!
You need to be prepared for rent increase, I just signed a lease for another year for month to month. I have been here for 2 years and paid $940 plus $35 pet fee. When my new lease came up they raised my rent $100, quite a LARGE increase. So beware folks your rent will go up!! It is up to $1040 and i was told by the office it will keep going up. I had a garage at $100 but had to give it up do to the large rent increase.
I have lived in these apartments for about 3 years. If you want to listen to barking dogs all day then this is the place for you!! These dog owners have absolutely no consideration for their neighbors who don't have a barking dog. The rudest dog people I have ever been around. When I videoed all the barking and took it to the management I was basically told to suck it up is nothing they can do!! Basically the barking dogs have more rights than a paying tenant. this is the most horribly managed place i have ever seen! pam A. is a complete pos! as is her nehew maintenance man! they will walk into your home unnanounced, there are reports of maintenance stealing items! do youself a favor run away from this place!

The apartments themselves are fine. However, the office staff and maintenance are the most unapproachable, rude and inept people I have ever met. They do not return phone calls. When I am absolutely forced to enter the office (because I do avoid that at all costs), I am forced to deal with the rudest women ever. They are unfair when it comes to the people who rent here. If you want an apartment that’s ok but the entire staff is awful, then Ashley estates is the place for you
