This place is an absolute joke. Trauma informed my ass. The supervisor needs her head checked because she’s got behavioral issues of her own. I’m tired of being manipulated lied to and gaslighted by her. The way she deals with mental health is harmful and dangerous! After my attempt she told me to “knock off the suicidal behavior” as if it was something I was just choosing to feel. This is a toxic horrible place. My family member was there. Their mental health snd physical health got worse. The director is a crazy abusive person who doesn’t care about the residents at all. I think the place needs to be shut down and the director should never work in this field again.

I worked here ONE DAY. Clients were laying on staff laps, calling staff Mom and Dad, saying I LOVE YOU, very huggy and touchy..yet very demanding and controlling toward staff. Lots of inappropriate boundary issues.. I wanted no part of that. I had to leave.

Its been awhile since ive worked for this company but I am sad to read that she hasnt changed. Sadly this is all true and it is the most unprofessional place i have ever worked. I have heard what is said to staff on the work app/ staff chat thing, just making them feel miserable. If you stick up for yourself you will end up with a target on your back from the Director and a few that she choses to monitor you. I dont feel like that's the way to manage your employees.
