No notice for all holiday delayed service days which leads to missed pickups. They left random waste bins in my driveway. Called 3 times to have a fee removed for taking back said extra bins, ended up having to do a charge back through my bank to get a $25 refund. Waste management was heaven compared to LRS.
I had Lakes for years before Groot came in and paid off the local government to own a monopoly in the area. Lakes was reliable and I never had issues. Groot has been a miserable experience. I wish we had the option for Lakes again. Highly recommend Lakes disposal if they are available in your area!
Don’t use this service if you don’t have to. They missed my house 3 separate times last year and now it is the end of January and they missed my house again this week. I don’t understand how they keep missing my house. I’m in the middle of a neighborhood and I put my bin right out with the rest of the neighbors. Its so frustrating going another week with an already full bin when I pay for this specific service.
Good garbage collection company. Great prices.
Ever since the takeover by LRS the service has gone down. Garbage not picked up on schedule, terrible customer service when you call. Have not been able to get access to my bill on line, and when I call no help! I hope McHenry county dumps them, but they have taken over just about everything including Arrow Septic.
