Lakes Dialysis Center provides compassionate care. The staff are knowledgeable and proficient in caring for In-center and Home hemodialysis patients. Food and nutritional supplements are offered to patients in consideration of their needs. The office staff go the distance in coordinating transportation to and from therapy for those who need it. No one does it better!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Beware of this center. I became suspicious of this clinic when my mother attempted to see another nephrologist for a second opinion and the clinic acted as if we were wrong for doing so. Oxygen was shared amongst the patients like a concentration camp. Dialysis patients suffer from hypoxia so for you not to have individual oxygen available for each patient is highly inconsiderate and downright cheap. My mother had issues with her graft ( clots) and instead of them admitting her directly to a hospital they wasted our time goi... read more
