Body repair was done perfect and I am still waiting step board. 4 Star : Customer Service Customer service was good but need to return for wheel balance or sensor check up. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality I asked to have my bed liner cover assessment it worked befor the accident and is broken after.I was told I would need an expert to link it to the accidend befor my insurance would cover it.I thought that was Lakes job are they not experts?I asked for my old parts and had to ask again before I left.They were Not in the bed of my truck as I expected.I will most likely not use Lakes again. 4 Star : Customer Service Satisfied

3 Star : Likely to Recommend Only if they don't have a carpet liner in their truck 3 Star : Repair Quality The work was great, but when they washed it, they soaked my truck bed carpet. It's not a rubber liner. It's a carpet and it was soaked. Now the back of my truck is moldy and stinks. So, not happy about that. Also, they knew they did it because it took them thirty minutes to "give it a rinse." 4.5 Star : Customer Service 2.5 Star : Returned Clean
