I can firmly say that this is a good place to live. As a young adult, the surrounding area has everything that a person could want or need. The shared facilities (gym/pool/grounds) are always clean and never crowded. I have had many maintenance requests and all of them have been fulfilled within a day or two without question. I should have expected this, as I always received a response quickly during the application process.
