I am between 2 and 3 stars. The property is beautiful, however the leasing agents never answer the phone. This was an issue even before I had an opportunity to move in. In my opinion, there aren’t enough agents for such a large community; but secondly there should be no reason that a resident can’t get anyone on the phone without calling at least 5 times. I have lived here for the past 2 years. I was going to move because of the previous owners but decided to give the new owners a chance and I am happy I stayed because this new management are so much better. I see the potential, I see the changes that have been made in the few short months that the new company took over. The staff are so much better and seem happy and enjoy their jobs. Pamela, Chelsea and Khayman are very attentive and are always a big help even with my apartment transfer they helped me every step of the way.... read more
I loved it here! The staff is amazing! The new renovations they have coming about are so cool! Special thanks to my tour guide, Khayman with the boots! You guys should definitely swing by and check them out! Tell them Jason sent ya!!!
I toured the property, and Pamela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, sent me an email with all the information we discussed during the tour, and even followed up with a phone call. The property is really nice, and I can’t wait to see the renovations completed!
Donte, the Maintenance Supervisor. He always does such a great job around the property and truly goes above and beyond. Any time there has been an issue in my apartment, he makes sure it’s taken care of right away and done correctly. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and cares about making sure his residents needs are met and keeping the property in great condition.
