Apartments are ok. The pond at the complex has turned into a massive mosquito problem. The two fountains have been broke for 5 months so the water is stagnant. Hard to be outside and not get bitten multiple times.
Arrive Vinings = terrible communication. This is a new management and is already terrible. The old management was never hard to get in contact with. This new management never answers the phone. I have called over 30 times within the past 2 weeks and not ONE (1) phone call has been answered.
Will is the best associate he was so helpful and had a great attitude the whole tour. love these homes
New management is terrible. Communication is non existent. They don’t respond to any calls, messages, or emails from residents but of course can find time to schedule tours with new people to scam. I’ve been here since October 2023 and never had any issues of at least receiving responses to my requests from the last management when we were “district” instead of “arrive”.
