apartments are literally straight trash! i wish it was a option to give 0 stars. The pricing of the apartments is cheap for a reason. We have been through 3 different property managers. Water is off CONSTANTLY! on a weekly basis if you enjoy your water being off for hours or even maybe days at a time definitely move here you’ll love it! if you enjoy having roaches move here you’ll love it! if you enjoy geese walking around the complex living their poop everywhere move here you’ll love it! it’s multiple reviews on here about ... read more
Giving this initial experience 4stars! Huge Thanks to KHAYMAN in the leasing office. He was extremely honest, through, easy to work with and patient ( I did request to see like 5 units in the rain lol. He ensured this experience was swift, seamless, and we were able to select a unit we really liked. He definitely brings the southern hospitality to this property and so far we are extremely pleased.would definitely recommend if you choose to live here please lease with khayman!!
This place is like living in the projects (public housing). If you can afford to pay a little more and move somewhere else…do it for your peace of mind and quality of life. You get what you pay for, and if you can afford to pay a little more to live somewhere with professional management and leadership…do it! Thank me later.
Khayman was the best ! Got me in my new place an was very professional.
Recently moved into my apartment and I had a smooth move in thanks to Khayman! I was able to get the process done in one day. Also, I want to thank Pamela for assisting with everything as well. They were great!
