The fact that they advertise this place as luxury is fraud. Several thinks broken and filthy the day I moved in. Took almost 2 weeks for them to address it. The things that were “fixed” broke again almost immediately. Shower repair took 3 days and grout left to dry all over the tiles. The refrigerator and dryer are the only appliances that actually work properly. They are all easily 8+ years old. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. BLACK MOLD - I reported SIGNIFICANT black mold in my closet (3-4 ft up the wall and the carpet is SOAKED) two months ago when I moved in and it has STILL not been addressed. The leasing office refuses to return correspondence. This is a SEVERE HEALTH RISK. Many other maintenance requests have been ignored. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
