Jim Peterson is an unscrupulous Relator. We made an offer on a house he was listing. We made an offer. He countered for his buyers and we came to an agreement via text. We sent the final paperwork over. He sat on it to manipulate a better offer. Then sent us the purchase order from the other buyer to try and pressure us to match. Low morals. Bad business. Avoid at all costs.
