The attitude I got from the young female on the telephone was to me dismissive and basically told me maybe somebody might call me MAYBE. Yup two days later I guess they are so busy they really don't give a RIP.
Very unprofessional! Shows up and backs over the bushes next to my driveway. No apology or anything. Wearing a 70's style button up ragged shirt. Then the real kicker. I show him where he can access the problem. He then asks me for a bucket, paper towels and some cardboard! What?! Who shows up at a customers house to do a job and ask them for several things he needs to do that job? Turns out he had a bucket anyway-apparently just didn't want to use it.
