Very informative inspection and great answering all of my questions! Update: in the past year and a half i have had to replace/fix the following - new dishwasher - new Hvac - new fuses - outlets fixed - new oven - most if not all windows need to be replaced - hole from basement to outside causing bugs - I will be checking the attic next but this was not inspected
Kyle was very thorough and explained everything clearly while conducting the inspection, and he provided prompt and detailed reporting of our home inspection.
