Kyle did a terrific job inspecting our new home. He took his time, answered ALLLLL of our questions and pointed out the few minor things we needed to consider while going through the offer process. I was looking into a foreclosure and had an inspection back in 2013 when I was young 20s. Mike did a fantastic job going over all details with me on every aspect of the home. He really took his time inspecting and breaking down what needs to be fixed or what to look out for. This was on an old 1930s colonial home. Since then I’ve done plenty of remodeling and updates. Kyle was early to the appointment and happy to answer all the questions I had as a first time home buyer.
