These apartments are the worst I have ever seen . they do not look like the picture at all !my brother lived there . Several apartments has bed bugs ..mice and rats and no hot water for a couple months . do not recommend this place to no one . I am going to speak to the city if lake city about having this place condemed. I left the apartment cleaner than it was when he moved in .they do not give back deposits . so if you do move don't bother cleaning it want help you .

I'm going to give 4 stars as yes this place is still remodeling and in the past year has changed management but the new managers go out of their way to help in any way they can and are very friendly Compared to a year or so ago The Lakes has really come a long way!
I just have a question How long have yall been in business? My husband and i were in Lake City quite a few years ago and I think this is where we stayed
