I am writing this review because I want to you to know what poor condition and horribly run Lakeridge East apartments are. Before I moved in, I looked at the model apartment which was in pristine condition. The apartment that I rented was quite the opposite. The rotting deck and ripped screen door was the first indication there were problems. There were so many coats of paint on the doors, walls and trim that if you touched them the paint chipped off. Love the new staff that has been welcomed this year. I’ve lived in these apartments for a little over a year, and with past management I’ve had quiet a few problems. I have never called an office as many times as I did with past staff! Even after many office visits and phone calls, nothing was ever done... Luckily new staff was welcomed in mid January of 2019. The new leasing manager (Michael), and leasing agent (Timothy) were beyond great with the assistance I needed for months. Within one call they managed to get to it and... read more

I really enjoy the staff at Lakeridge Living. I had a bad experience at one of my prior residencies and wanted a place that was welcoming and in good standing. When my roommate and I went into Lakeridge to check it out..We were welcomed by Timothy and Judith...They are hands down awesome! We took a tour based on what we were asking and looking for and just the ride alone was great....It was just constant good vibes and laughter. Horrible experience , due to this place I had to break my lease due to management , they change management more than they change underwear ! Horrible experience. No one cares , all they want is money and not fix things. My AC didn’t work for months , I had a new born I had to break my lease ! Dig deeper before you move here ! Could Ruine your life and they don’t care at all!! All management sucks !!!!

Hire more maintenence workers and staff for the office to manage all the issues, which don't get delt with--ever! I've almost given up on calling to request anything, because my request rarely gets answered.

It's very hard to get a hold of anyone in the leasing office and when you do they end up giving you false information or make you a promise to have the manager call you back which ends up never happening. Paperwork is disorganized and filled out incorrectly. The assistant manager was very friendly and accommodating with helping us switch over from a 6 month lease to a month to month (verbally agreed) since they "could not locate" our renewal paperwork. I loved my newly renovated apartment with big bedrooms and quartz countertops. The dining area fit our big dining table perfectly. Plus the living room fit our large furniture. The leasing staff was excellent and very helpful.
