I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this breeder. We paid a $500 deposit for a puppy, trusting their word and professionalism. Unfortunately, not only did we never receive a puppy, but they also failed to return our deposit despite repeated attempts to contact them. Communication became vague and inconsistent after the payment was made, and it became clear that they had no intention of following through. So many amazing things to say about Jillian and Lakeridge Labradoodles. From the VERY beginning, even before our little boy was conceived and even still, today, at 9 weeks old, Jillian has been a blessing in helping us welcome our boy into our family. She is incredibly, incredibly knowledgeable on everything Australian Labradoodle and then some 😉. I am happy to say, in addition to gaining a beautiful baby boy, we gained a friend. Thank you!!
