The lady at the front desk is so nice and the workers are so nice too and they'll help u if ur nervous about getting ur needles and they're easy going..i had to get 2 needles at the same time so i asked if another lady could come in and do it together instead of one at a time.. i joke with them all the time.. the lady asked if i was ok with needles and i was like ya.. im ok, a hand to hold is always welcome.. and then i joked if i can just holdher hair n we just laughed 😅
Terrible experience. I was a staff at Community Living that served as a treatment home. We had to deal with members of the behavioural team from Lakeridge on a regular basis. Dealing with Jamie Wallace and Carissa Dickinson was honestly the most demoralising experience of my career and made me quit. Us frontline staff work so hard to care for people in group homes, and these two would constantly come in and criticise everything we did and blamed us for any behaviours with the residents.
