Dr Francis and her team are kind and wonderful. I have received wonderful care.
Not a good experience at all. Many of the staff are downright rude and have complete lack of empathy for the patient. This would include some medical secretaries, nurses and oncologists. It’s shocking and awful. Also, it takes weeks and weeks to get test results back unlike other hospitals. This is completely unacceptable and outrageous that a patient would not be able to have access to their test results immediately when facing an aggressive metastatic stage 4 cancer. Dr. V is a very kind Dr and has great empathy towards his patients and answers all questions the family and patient has. Just wish with CLL (my Mom's 6th cancer) they would start treatment sooner as I have seen her decline alot in the last 6 months. I will be taking her in asap and I know her nurse and other staff will treat her well and compassionately.
Today July 31, 2025 at DRCC it so happen that my treatment plan changed. I was fortunate to have "Nurse Lindsay" as my nurse. Lindsay, I truly appreciate the top tier compassionate treatment that you provided with your professional nursing skills. The new treatment was thoroughly explained throughout the procedure. I left the facility today feeling so honored to be a part of the nursing fraternity. "Lindsay you are an amazing nurse !!!! You own your skills. Continue doing what you do. Veron Forrester
Dr Anthony Woods provided negligent care to my mother. She sought treatment for her cancer and he told her she didn’t need it - she would never die from this type of cancer. Three months later she was gone. Go anywhere else for treatment.
