My husband and I were patients of the Lakeridge clinic for just over a year. Dr.Browing and his team were always extremely warm and welcoming. The optimistic atmosphere of the office was very calming and my nerves were always met with understanding and compassion. I can't say enough positive things about the amazing women who work at the clinic. Cycle after cycle they were by my side and I truly felt like they were on this journey with us. Very poor experience with this fertility centre. My spouse began treatment here and we were repeatedly unable to schedule an appointment in the morning before 8:30am. This made it difficult to manage our work schedule. After one year of no success, we requested to speak with Dr. Browning. Upon entering the room Dr. Browning did not acknowledge me and when I asked a question he responded by stating the wrong name. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Lakeridge Fertility. Each and every staff member there were so incredibly kind and supportive. They welcome you at each appointment with warm smiles and a positive outlook. The nurses and staff at Lakeridge Fertility made our journey a peaceful one! We have each of them to thank for always supporting us through all our rounds of IVF. Each nurse took such good care of me and treated me like I was family.
