Had a very good experience. Follow ups and the way they responding everything is so cool and impressive.
I've been visiting Lakeridge Fertility since September 2025. Dr Browning is a knowledgeable doctor. He has answered all my questions in details and makes sure I understand the process. The nurses are also very kind. It is not a easy emotional journey especially when you're going thru the procedures. I have had many feelings when my results came back negative each month but the team has been supportive and I'm hoping one day it will all work out!
From the very first appointment, the staff and nurses at this fertility clinic were absolutely phenomenal. They are incredibly caring, compassionate, and understanding, and truly go out of their way to support you. Every question was met with patience, every concern was listened to with empathy, and I always felt like they were fully in my corner throughout the entire process. My husband and I were patients of the Lakeridge clinic for just over a year. Dr.Browing and his team were always extremely warm and welcoming. The optimistic atmosphere of the office was very calming and my nerves were always met with understanding and compassion. I can't say enough positive things about the amazing women who work at the clinic. Cycle after cycle they were by my side and I truly felt like they were on this journey with us.
