Excellent team work
After a weekend of intense pain from an old crowned molar, I needed an immediate appointment last Monday. Tuesday 11:30 was earliest available just to look at it. Tuesday at 7:30, they called to offer an earlier canceled slot. I grabbed it. I needed an extraction and told them I usually need more anesthetic. They documented and did so without question. During extraction, I needed more. They obliged to the max allowable. They could not have been more cooperative & helpful.
It was a great relief. Needed to be done.
The hygienist, Brenda and the dental tech, Erika did such an excellent job. They were very friendly and kind. friendly and kind.
Crown came off. Called and was seen that afternoon. Took xray and recemented crown. Very friendly and professions. I have used Lakeridge for the past two years and they are very professionall and gentle. Great Job!
My experience was totally awesome! Great staff, fast and friendly.
