Fui en busca el día de hoy por un apartamento pregunté si hablaban español por qué es mi primer idioma nos atendió una señorita de cabello rojo la cual fue muy grotesca y descortés no nos brindó información ni asesoría ni interés por explicarnos los requisitos o beneficios. Se quedó afuera del apartamento viendo su teléfono sin darle importancia y nos aclaró dudas. Al regreso a la oficina sólo nos dio nuestras identificaciones y se sentó y ni nos miró a los ojos ni preguntó si todo bien. Pésima atención.
I took a vacation last week, while I was gone the maintenance noticed my AC unit had gone out, when I came home they had given me a temporary one. When I asked when my AC was fixed they said Monday , sure enough when I came home from work my AC was blowing cold , but it was leaking bad, today I went to the office and they immediately fixed it! Valerie and Cynthia are awesome and very professional
