Our HOA hired Lakepro to treat our portion of our lake - what a mistake! Communication between our representative and the team doing the treatment was non-existent. Also questions went unanswered unless I copied the manager. After we hired them I found out the paperwork with the state was filed incorrectly stating that there were not wells within 50ft of the treated area... telling me that everything was calculated using maps and our representative never bothered to even visit! We made a mistake by not contracting with Aquatic Nuisance and went with Lake Pro. Lake Pro only treated about a third of our lake and were a month and half late because they didn't apply for their permit when they should have. We spoke to Paul Dominic the owner of Lake Pro and he stated " I'm at my daughter's volleyball game and we are only treating what we surveyed." Yet, according to the survey they didnt come close to fulfilling their agreement.He was very rude on the phone defending their treatment even though we follow... read more
