Just moved in a couple of weeks ago and so far it has been a great experience. The leasing agent Hallie was super helpful and responsive. Answered all of my questions even was kind enough to bring in some packages that arrived before the move in date. After moving in there were a couple of maintenance issues that came up (very minor) and within an hour maintenance was over and addressed all problems. We stayed at Lakepointe at Jacaranda for a year. The ladies in the office are amazing and helpful. Always very responsive. The maintenance men were also phenomenal and completed our requests in a timely manner! Would recommend!!
I have to laugh. I was sitting at the traffic light to turn into the complex across from Lake Point. The only reason I'm saying anything is because I used to live there years ago. At that time the property management was great. Professional and friendly and sincerely caring. Our apt layout was designed very well. But as I said, that was years ago.
