Pretty bad, there is quite a few B.s. charges and fees. That really have no reason. Like having to lease an a.c. unit all year, which comes out to be 540 yearly. Times that by the units and that is a +108k dollar a year decision. If you do have concerns or complaints, the accountability always falls on a 3rd party, never them. They even messed up a the price in the beginning, then scratched it out in pen, and wrote a higher price in handwriting over the original contract. I’ve been renting in the area for over 20 years. I have never experienced a property as terrible as this one. The moisture in the units is awful and mold grows on the walls no matter how you clean them. Neighbors smoke in the unit and the odor comes up through the plumbing. It is a smoke free property, so despite multiple complaints, the issue wasn’t resolved until my neighbor caught her unit on fire by throwing what she was smoking in a trash can before leaving. Lived here for 4 years now and about to move out here in a few months. Winters here may be the worst aspect. North facing with in Cougar mountain’s shadow, our neighborhood is constantly wet because the large trees drip water(no one can control this). However whenever the temp reaches under freezing even if it has not rained within a few days the whole complex turns into a skating rink. I am living in this place, I have 8 months left on my contract and it is the worst. Terrible place, there is humidity all over the bathrooms. It smells like drainage all the time, and I also have very noisy neighbors. I have made thousands of complaints and the administration does nothing. Terrible place, if I could leave I would do it, don't come live here, it is a terrible place, I can't wait to leave here.
