Thank you for your reviews. I was thinking about living here but with thise reviews in mangement I am leaving now and not touring a place. I dont need that kind of property mangement.
I lived in Lakemont Orchard for two years. The first three months were great. After that, I was living in a construction site until I moved out. There was constant construction noise from other units being renovated, and it was just loud enough to be constantly annoying. I was also sent my final invoice two days before the payment deadline of 14 days, and due to mailing transit time, actually received the invoice after the stated due date. Leasing staff couldn't be bothered to show up for a touring appointment.
Would never live here again, especially for the price. Property management is non-existent. Every area with grass has dog poop. The “valet trash service” is absurd. Tenants are supposed to leave garbage out in a can between 6-8 on given days to be picked up. My neighbor left trash in bags on the deck at all hours to be eaten and picked at by birds and squirrels. This lead to a constant bad smell and deck stains from the leaky garbage. The leaks eventually stained the stairs on the floors below. I notified management early on... read more
