I love living here! The staff is really full of good people trying to look out for good people. Joy and Steve, thank you! I 100% recommend living here.
Let's start with the good: Steve + Chase are seriously the best maintenance crew! Quick, efficient, and super friendly. The entire place is old as time, so I needed a few different things in the 4 months I lived here and every time they were completely fixed within the day I put in the request! I hope they immediately get new and better jobs because this place is THE WORST. UPDATE January 30th, 2024: They sent my security deposit via mail, and it is written incorrectly, so it can't be deposited. I asked if they could fix it and rewrite the check, and they said no. So, I have yet to receive my security deposit. After doing extensive research, I learned they violated several laws regarding the handling of security deposits and tenant information. Have lived here around 6 months. The units are nice, but the renovations that you pay a premium for a cheaply done. The aluminum windows in the unit cause mold problems in the unit which causes allergy issues, and our furniture to rust due to moisture. Invest in a good dehumidifier if you choose live here. Positives of living here- the office staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is fantastic. They will call you within like an hour of submitting maintenance request and are very friendly.
