I was planning to schedule an appointment with Dr. Ardalan Zahedi based on the clinic’s good reviews, but my call with Henrietta completely changed my mind. She was impatient, snarky, dismissive, and came across as xenophobic. Her lack of professionalism was shocking and made me feel unwelcome before I even became a patient. Was in for a routine cleaning and my dental hygienist was amazing! From my X-rays, she pointed out that I had a vitamin deficiency and that I grind my teeth at night. I’m really grateful she pointed this out. My diet and stress levels have been relatively the same since I got X-rays at my previous dentist, so it’s a shame they didn’t notice or inform me.
