Would recommend, family friendly, schools are just walking distance
This was the week we moved in, after they slapped some bleach and paint on it. You can imagine how much bleaching I had to do to keep up with the black mold growing all around the apartment. I was attacked by the property manager’s dog the third day after we moved in and still have a scar on my ankle. We were great renters that always paid rent on time and had MANY maintenance issues. I reluctantly moved my family into these overpriced moldy apartments that were infested with bugs. This apartment had multiple emergency maintenance events from the leaky plumbing and bad water heater. Then when the maintenance guy went to unhook the water heater he didn’t empty it and flooded our apartment which exasperated the already existing mold and bug problem.
