Love Dr. Winters and all the staff. They take care of our baby dog with lots of love and compassion. We drive 40 mins from our home to go see Dr. Winters. After boarding our girl staff was sad for her to go home. They sad they love her and she's so sweet. When boarding her we have no worries and know that she will be well taken care of. Thank you Dr Winters and all staff for always taking care of us.
Used them since doc Thompson owned it and still get excellent service. They've been there for us when we've had to let a few cross over the Rainbow bridge due to old age. Takes care of are news ones with care.
Dr. Winter is the most compassionate vet. She actually sat on the floor with me to go over my cats labs. Today I had to make the hard decision and put my cat down. Dr. Winter was so comforting during the process. I couldn't ask for a better vet. The rest of the staff are amazing too. Emily and Tonya were wonderful today. Thank you!
I’m a first time fur mom and these guys are AWESOME! They are so patient with me asking a zillion questions (including ones that they probably mentally roll their eyes at 😂). Daisy LOVES it there; it’s her home away from home. If you’re looking for doggie daycare, excellent vet, and knowledgeable staff, look no further! 💛🐕🐶🌼 Oh, and they have great restaurant recommendations if you’re new to the area🤗
From the first call to the interaction with the staff and owner vet, nothing but exceptional. We live near Brandon but are moving both our dogs primary care to this vet.
They are conveniently located to me, always easy to get an appointment, and they are very thorough. The staff is very friendly, and most of all, Chewy really seems to like them as well.
This is the very best place in Polk county!! I can’t say enough about DR. WINTERS. SHE IS AWESOME!
The staff are wonderful. It seems like they know my pets so well and they are treated fantastic. My dog loves day care and he gets to play with all his friends
