Handled the situation with covid very poorly. Our first and only season with this group was cancelled due to the pandemic, understandably so. They could’ve moved everything to fall for players that had already paid. Instead they offered less than half as a refund and encouraged us to donate it to them. Refunds were going to take 3 months to receive, and now 2 weeks later past the promised date, they have still not been issued.
