They have always been fair and reasonable.
If I can rate them I would give a negative 5 I have terrible nightmares experience with this auto shop. I’m sure they are some decent and good people but as far as being professional and have etiquette on doing business for their customers zero concerns. I won’t recommend any of my friends or families there. I took my 2007 Toyota tundra there a month ago to fix transmission solenoid. They didn’t do any follow ups.
