The place won't leave you alone. Its great when you have insurance and need a seamless way to keep orders but I spoke with a person and told them to stop calling me, that when I get my insurance, I'LL CALL THEM to restart. They continue to call me almost daily. I even signed into my portal to try to "discontinue" and there's no option, no email, just a phone number, and since I spoke to somebody twice about it, I'm not calling them AGAIN. I called to have my records faxed over to my doctor for my dot health card. I talked with Hannah. I could barely hear her to begin with and then her dog barking on top of that. Worst customer service.

I never leave a negative review nowhere, but this place is crap . They hired me for the front desk and only gave me only 4 days of training. The supervisor went on a maternity leave, and they left me there not knowing what to do. They had me doing training that wasn’t for the front desk then got upset when i got confused on a task that was for the front the ! Very slow to return calls. They must not check their voicemails because I've yet to ever get a return call. I spoke with a person first part of last week, I needed to get some information lined up for them and so I called back with that information two days later, had to leave a voicemail because they are always so busy with calls it ends up there. I never leave negative reviews but my experience with lakeland was absolutely abysmal from the initial appointment set up, conversations with the doctor, interactions with the nurse, the actual study, and the morning after. All of it was horrible. During my first visit with the doctor, he was very dismissive of any questions I had about alternatives to cpap or bipap and basically told me that it's not even a question worth entertaining.
