This place is a complete joke. There is a long wait even if you have a 8:30am appointment. If you complain too much they will refuse to continue to see your children. Honestly this is a blessing. They dont deserve anyone's money because they have zero respect for your time.
Too laid back, not patient conscious. Could use some better patient etiquettes. Need adult wheelchairs.
I went here a lot as a kid, and although the people they use at the call center are braindead and useless, the people in the office are the absolute best.
I have been taking my newborn and my toddler her for the past two months and all I see and feel is welcoming very professional , dr Susan is so professional and knows what she’s doing and I feel her energy that she loves children and the medical assistant don’t remember her name but she’s so professional and polite Thanks Nannerl!
