Honestly if it wasn’t for the physicians (especially Dr Alvarez who was my pediatrician) my kids wouldn’t come here. My son broke his leg first weekend of Sept 2024. I called right away to have them send him to an orthopedic and was told authorizations take at least 14 business days! Excuse me what?! I made sure to pester them and I got him in in a week. Literally call today to get an appointment for my son at 8am the office just open and the lady told me all the appointments are taken I ask her how is all the appointments taken when the office just open at 8am she literally did not care what was going on with my child , and my sone has Asthma , been a patent for year and all of a sudden it’s like they change and don’t care about the patient needs
Too laid back, not patient conscious. Could use some better patient etiquettes. Need adult wheelchairs.
I went here a lot as a kid, and although the people they use at the call center are braindead and useless, the people in the office are the absolute best.
