I am extremely dissatisfied with our recent office visit on December 22 at 8:00 AM for my daughter. When I scheduled the appointment, I explained that I believed she had warts on the bottom of her right foot. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lakeland Regional Health Winter Haven Central Avenue Pediatrics. This office has truly been a blessing in regards to care and attentiveness. I truly thought the request would create a nightmare that would frustrate us all. Love dr Susan Sandoval she’s addressed me and my bay well been seeing her since my baby was an infant and she’s great do not recommend dr Romona petrovich as I have had my daughter in there multiple times and told her what was going on and she dismisses me as a mother and offers little relief in the issue for me to have to take my child in two weeks later with the same issues which I fact were exactly what I told her I was pretty sure was going on. i’m a teen mom, everytime i take my baby to see dr mona my age always gets brought up and she almost everytime has said something along the lines of “im guessing dads not in the picture then” she’s very much met him multiple times. she also has said my boyfriend was sick because he was fat and unhealthy even though he eats healthy and she told us to turn to god. DO NOT GO TO DR MONA!!!

I really like the doctors and nurse practitioners here, they’re knowledgeable and kind but everything else about this clinic deserves one star. The wait times are consistently excessive. Even after being placed in a room, I typically wait 5–10 minutes for the provider, followed by over an hour for staff to return to administer vaccines. One particular experience was extremely disappointing. I had an appointment for my son to receive his second flu shot dose.
