I have always had a great experience here my almost two year old has been seeing Dr. Alabsi for almost a year now. He is down to earth and very personable. As a patient I always feel like my needs are heard. He does not make you feel like “you are just another number” you can tell he genuinely cares.
Just reviewing on the wait time. Appointment for 11:15. Arrive at 11. Don't even get to go to the back til 1200. Now 1235 and still waiting for my parent. These patients are Ill, and you keep them at your office for almost 2 hrs, for a check up. Come on, if you are falling behind, call the patient. Now she will have to reschedule another Dr. Appointment, because of just sitting here. Crazy
