Have not been notified of any outstanding debt with them and just got a call from a debt collection agency saying I owed them. Scammy and scummy
Had a bill for about $25. Tried calling. No answer. And the letter sent screams sketchy with random QR codes and websites to go to for payment. Now I got a letter saying my payment is in collections and I now owe interest. Very sketchy business. And I don't appreciate making paying medical bills so difficult. Also I got my Imaging done in oregon. Why can't I pay at the hospital I did my imaging at? I have to call this random place in Mississippi to pay?! Getting anyone from billing on the phone to correct their billing mistake is a nightmare. They are not very polite or courteous, and told me it was my problem that THEY filed under the wrong insurance carrier!
