I received a bill for an MRI that my insurance paid 100% on. Never again will I go to this radiologist. There are too many to choose from, don't need to put up with this frustration!!
I have been on the phone for over 2 hours. One billing person said insurance denied the claim. I waited a few minutes to call back . I talked to a different person , and they said my balance was zero. I also failed to mention they have turned it over to collections!! I think you need to find a new billing system .
