The customer service rep was courteous and helped me make my payment. Very easy service to use.
The billing department needs new management and competent employees. I paid my bill in full on line via the web address on my statement. A few weeks later, I received a refund in the same amount on my bank account and the memo read Lakeland Radiologist Refund. I did not receive any other statements. Months later, I receive a phone call from collection agency. This is beyond absurd. I called their office and they had no idea what happened.
You cannot contact anyone via phone, and no one responds via live chat either. Terrible billing service!
I GOT A BILL FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY. I never received a bill from Lakeland Radiologists plus i don't even have an explaniation of benefits to confirm i actually owe you this money. Call and i can't ever get a person to speak with! Don't use Lakeland Radiologists!!!!!!! Unprofessional company. I pay my bills, no reason to turn my bill over to a collection agency!
Have not been notified of any outstanding debt with them and just got a call from a debt collection agency saying I owed them. Scammy and scummy
