Wait times are ridiculous, My 3 year old son had an appointment at 11am we arrived on time. They had him in the back WAITING to be seen by himself for TWO hours for only ONE FILLING. We walked out of the office at 1:02 PM. How is that ok
My daughter has been going here for a couple years and at first everything was ok except for long wait times. Well over the past year or so the wait times have improved but everything else has gone down hill. The desk staff is fine but the dental techs treat everyone like a number and a dollar. They encourage unnecessary procedures and rush you in and out without any compassion for the children that they're trying to spring random extractions on.
