We had LPC paint our house and pool deck last week and the experience and workmanship were outstanding. Everything was thoroughly explained before the job started and was completed exactly as described. It can sometimes be a bit sketchy and unnerving engaging with a contractor. Josh is NOT one of those. He's professional all the way, timely with his work and really does a high-quality job. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh/LPC.
Extremely responsive and helpful. My need was a little too small for them to handle, but they told me EXACTLY what I needed to do, and were great to deal with. Would definitely recommend!
We just had Josh paint the exterior of our church, Reformation Lutheran on Old Polk City Rd. Josh was the greatest to work with, so professional and communicated with me regularly. He quoted 2 weeks to complete and he completed right on time. Did a super job and cleaned up before he left. Was a great experience. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Church looks beautiful. We used Lakeland Painting to paint the exterior of our house and I'm so glad we chose them! Josh did a superb job and was very thorough. We had to get our house repainted because of a hack job experience from the previous year and the difference was night and day. I honestly couldn't find one spot that needed repainted or touched up.
