Yes they need a new salesman! The guys that do the installing are great.
Was at the store and talking to the salesman and asking him questions and he didn't seem to be very bright. He didn't know liftmaster products much either and that's pretty much what they sell there. I even asked him about rollers that they show there and he said they don't sell those kind. Why do they have them in the showroom if they don't sell them.
