I ordered a part online, they canceled my order and I haven’t received my money back, no one answers the phone. Horrible customer service.
I ordered $341 worth of parts for my car from them online. I paid the tax and shipping. When the parts arrived 7 days later I got a call from, Rhonda, telling me they now wanted to charge me an extra $20 for shipping. I told them I already paid for it in full and didn’t appreciate the additional charges after the fact. I was put on hold for a minute and when she came back I was told they would cancel my order and I could order the parts elsewhere if I didn’t want to pay. Ordered online almost a month ago. Emailed them today to see if there was any kind of status update. Checked my Paypal and found that they cancelled the order. No communication whatsoever. I should have checked their reviews first.
