I am highly upset with the service I received! I spent over an hour just trying to make an appointment for an oil change. I was disconnected multiple times and transferred multiple times. After finally speaking with Sabrina in service, I asked to schedule an appointment. She did not ask for my name or any of my information but decided to go off of caller ID (which was not the correct information) the lack of professionalism and empathy is appalling. The worst dealer ever. Ordered a part online for $45 for my truck, 7 days later no movement. I called in and I was told that my part was discontinued and the new part will cost me $100 not $45 like I purchased originally. I immediately told the person to refund my money now. Bunch of thieving pricks and liars. They have no parts and they are scammers. Should have read the reviews first before buying. Stay away from here. How is the dealership even still in business.

I ordered $341 worth of parts for my car from them online. I paid the tax and shipping. When the parts arrived 7 days later I got a call from, Rhonda, telling me they now wanted to charge me an extra $20 for shipping. I told them I already paid for it in full and didn’t appreciate the additional charges after the fact. I was put on hold for a minute and when she came back I was told they would cancel my order and I could order the parts elsewhere if I didn’t want to pay.
