am so disappointed in this facility. I had to place my mom there a few years back and when I would talk to her she would say I gotta get off the phone I don't want to get into trouble. Well now I will tell you about December into January My mom was rushed to the hospital and it took the head nurse 45 mins to call me to let me know that my mom supposedly slipped out of her wheelchair going down the ramp. Un lugar súper tranquilo y limpio trabaje para ellos hace mucho tiempo y fueron de los mejores lugares siempre servicial !
This is the best facility that I have toured. Very clean and smells fresh. No urine smells. They staff are very helpful and polite.
The place has huge rats in it… They only has two staff at night with 56 residents… They make you clock out for a 30 minute break with only one staff left on the floor with 56 residents… This place needs to be shut down…
