Service department didn't provide fair quote for vehicle repair, as the dealership was too busy trying to sell me a new vehicle. Incredibly disappointed in their efforts to extort their customers. I will go elsewhere before buying or servicing my vehicle here again.
Had some issues with my car and another service center would not even attempt it, sent me to Hyundai. With the exception of it being pretty expensive, Ariel really fought to keep my price down. We had a recall he found, and the first time it was fixed at no charge. Engine light came back on again though and needed some more extensive repairs, but again Ariel - who you can really tell takes pride in his job and his service - got me in right away, kept it real the whole process and got me back out the same day again. I had an excellent experience at Hyundai of Lakeland Automall! This was my first time visiting, and Consultant Jayden Black made it truly exceptional. Jayden was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. I came in for an oil change and motor filter replacement, and not only did they handle that efficiently, but they also went above and beyond by washing my Hyundai Palisade at no extra cost. I’ve been coming to the dealership since 2017 since I bought my brand New Santa Fe and then later on Palisade. I’ve never personally had any issues with any service being done with my car or where I’ve had to come back multiple times except for recently with an issue with a TSB and then an unknown noise that has been there since the shocks went out on both sides.
