I couldn’t be more impressed with the automotive maintenance service I received from Sebastian! Was told it would be around an hour to an hour and a half to wait for my oil change and was out of there in only 45 minutes. They had every kind of donut I could have wanted fresh on the counter along with hot fresh coffee and 3 different flavors of creamer making it a very enjoyable morning waiting there.
Service department didn't provide fair quote for vehicle repair, as the dealership was too busy trying to sell me a new vehicle. Incredibly disappointed in their efforts to extort their customers. I will go elsewhere before buying or servicing my vehicle here again.
Had some issues with my car and another service center would not even attempt it, sent me to Hyundai. With the exception of it being pretty expensive, Ariel really fought to keep my price down. We had a recall he found, and the first time it was fixed at no charge. Engine light came back on again though and needed some more extensive repairs, but again Ariel - who you can really tell takes pride in his job and his service - got me in right away, kept it real the whole process and got me back out the same day again. I had an excellent experience at Hyundai of Lakeland Automall! This was my first time visiting, and Consultant Jayden Black made it truly exceptional. Jayden was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. I came in for an oil change and motor filter replacement, and not only did they handle that efficiently, but they also went above and beyond by washing my Hyundai Palisade at no extra cost.
