I moved here in October my voucher was sent from NJ dec 12 I should've been in a place dec or Jan 1st. I have left message after message and no one will call ne back! My worker in NJ said they haven't even contacted them back! I'm on section 8 for a reason and they are screwing me over! Anyone have any other way to contact them but this number ???
I was reading all the prior reviews and I do not understand why all these people are complaining about the Lakeland Housing staff members. The staff is very good, they are very professional and always on time. The problem is with some families that are looking for them to solve their personal issues and they are not miracle workers. The staff of the Lakeland Housing Authority deserve a 10 stars score.
Elexus Hurt is a fantastic case worker. She’s always courteous and kind-hearted, ensuring that all needs are met, and issues resolved. She truly deserves a raise, a commendation, and a promotion. We need more passionate workers like her, who put the people first. All heroes don’t wear capes, and she is a perfect example.
