Jerome is very knowledgeable, friendly, and explains the options and proposal in a way that is understandable. When doing the work (furnace replacement), he and his crew are prompt and professional and they follow-up afterwards to ensure the system is functioning as intended and to explain the new equipment features.
Jerome installed a new furnace and water heater. He responded to the inquiry on his website on a Sunday and he had everything installed by Tuesday morning. I was extremely impressed.
