I had Lakeland replace my furnace and air conditioning. They were very knowledgeable and made the process easy, providing a variety of options to best meet our needs. In addition, they provided great service through the process and communicated well. I highly recommend them!

We were out of town on vacation when we discovered that our furnace had stopped working (during one of those -20 degree days). We called Jerome and he was able to get to our house that same day. He confirmed the furnace was beyond repair and that we would need a replacement. Within 48 hours he had a new one purchased and installed. He even took care of submitting any eligible rebates on our behalf. We really appreciated his professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication. Highly recommend!
