Jerome and Lakeland Heating are the best. He responded immediately as we had no heat and quickly fixed the issue while explaining all he did as he went. I highly recommend them for your needs. He was back within a week and installed a new furnace for us. His concern for the customer and his service are incredible, highly recommend Lakeland Heating and Air Conditioning
I have had a good experience with Lakeland Heating and Air Condition with respect to getting a replacement high efficiency furnace. I had another company inspect my furnace prior to the winter heating season and found out that the heat exchanger was failing with a known issue from the manufacturer. I asked for a quote to fix, and a quote for a similar efficiency new furnace. They were able to quote the fix, with several add-ons, but were vague about the price of a new install. The company representative was very responsive to get our heater working again. He proactively planned for the visit and brought the part that he expected would need replacement. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.
Fantastic privately and locally owned company. They repaired an old AC unit to buy time. Also I used them to eventually replace the unit when my finances were ready and they installed a brand new unit. The new unit had a defect and they quickly replaced it with another brand new unit on a holiday weekend. They are very trustworthy and I will use them again when I need to replace my furnace.
