I attend group fitness classes here twice a week. Jake does a great job modifying the exercises to my level. I was never a gym rat but I like going here. These classes are geared to keeping me strong and flexible as I navigate my 60's.
Jake is a great instructor and really tries to cater to each of his client’s individual needs. If you’re a beginner or a veteran when it comes to working out, you’ll always get a good session in at LGF. The environment is welcoming and the workouts are challenging.
