If you think you want to live here, think again. If I had the ability to leave ZERO or negative stars I would. My family has been renting a 3/2 for almost 2 years. The first year went by without incident however the second year has been an absolute nightmare. The ONLY thing these apartments have going for them is the square footage, the term "luxury" should be used very loosely. We have been here for three years and have had a wonderful experience. The staff is willing to answer any and all questions. They will work with the residents to address any issues and ensure satisfaction. It truly has felt like home. The location is beautiful and the buildings and grounds are well maintained.
I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and there are definitely some pros and cons to consider before moving in. The walls and floors are really thin. You can hear almost everything from your neighbors — footsteps, talking, even loud TV or music late at night. If you’re a light sleeper or value privacy, this might be a dealbreaker.
