I love living here. The maintenance are awesome! They come and fix fast. I needed an air conditioner since it broke and they lend me air conditioner units until the parts for the air conditioner arrived. Thank you maintenance staffs!keep up the good work! For luxury apartments and the amount of money for living there plus all the fees they charge you for trash and they keep trash on the side of the dumpster. Requests get forever to get done they short on staff and you will be waiting for a week or 2 until they come.
First I'll say that this place really is a great location and has nice amenities sadly poorly cared for grounds. The real problem here is the condiscending employees in the office and the lazy maintenance guys. Where you can also find dog turds randomly scattered throughout the premises. The women have literally no kind of regard for any paying or potential residents. Came to check out a unit with a now fired employee *Holly* who clearly didn't care to be at work.
