I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and the whole purchasing process has been amazing. my aunt took her 2018 ford explorer for a transmission problem at first, no biggie but then they brought it back because the anti theft light came on and the ac wasn’t blowing as cold, they said the light came on because of the ac which has nothing to do with it, besides the point they quoted almost 3k for the ac to be “fixed” not knowing i’m a mechanic i checked it and noticed the ac compressor connector was disconnected intentionally. Hospitality was great. However, after my truck was finished, I sat another 30 or so minutes. Still had to go across the lot to get further assistance.
Took it in for a warranty check and recall. Anthony took really good care of me.
Let’s start with I was forced to even give a star. I initially dropped my truck of Nov 19th to have it checked out due to my transmission acting up, my service guys name is Anthony. On Nov 30th I passed by the dealership for an update at which point Anthony informed me to just take the truck being they couldn’t approve a loaner until the “Inspector” confirmed the repairs needed were covered.
