On 05/11/2026, I made appointment, to get truck oil changed and my tires rotation done, set it up with the service advisor 2381 Roger Hogan. Dropped off my truck, about a hr after my appointment, I get a video from the mechanic, saying the oil was changed and tires were rotation was done, then he said my wiper blades were bad, they were just replaced 5 days ago, picked my truck up, and found that my tires were not rotated like he said, so I called Roger and told him, he told me the mechanic said the tire tread was better on ... read more
We’ve bought 2 cars here and the service department has always been a coin toss. The last two times I went were good however, this time felt rushed and unpleasant. I understand having a later appointment may be annoying however, you have those times available for a reason. The first advisor was not friendly at all and another man took over 10 minutes into me being there but never once came into the lobby to introduce himself. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and the whole purchasing process has been amazing. The maintenance area was amazing before but there has been a major turnover, and all of the gentlemen who used to help me with my service needs are no longer there. my aunt took her 2018 ford explorer for a transmission problem at first, no biggie but then they brought it back because the anti theft light came on and the ac wasn’t blowing as cold, they said the light came on because of the ac which has nothing to do with it, besides the point they quoted almost 3k for the ac to be “fixed” not knowing i’m a mechanic i checked it and noticed the ac compressor connector was disconnected intentionally.
