I have always had a great experience with Ford Canada and Lakeland Ford. They go above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. They were able to find me a vehicle that checked all the boxes. I will continue to give them my business.
Honestly loved the service department and the sales team. Today was horrible for front desk reception, very avoidant - treated like things were a “you problem” and answered “I don’t know what to tell you” in a very dismissive tone. If you are mad at a previous customer, don’t take it out on others!
