Nothing but good things to say about this place. Got me in quickly and checked out my issue. Ordered the part ,but due to weather issues didn't arrive in time,so they'll be shipping it to me when they get it,no problem. Dana (service manager) is spot on. Front desk was fun to bs with while mechanics did their diagnostics. 5 stars for this. Might just stop in to say hello next time I'm down there... Just a great place to know is there when needed
Had an appointment for inspection. Brought my truck half an hour before. After 2 hours they put the truck inside box and after an half hour they wanted to charge me for 3h Nonsense.
Best kenworth in the entire US. Dana is the best!! Had my truck fixed and rolling in about 2hrs. Thanks
