I don't usually write reviews but me and my son are moving after 5 years and Rose and her team deserve it... We moved in at the height of covid and since then Rose and her team has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my son and I were comfortable at every step of our lease. Anytime I've ever needed her she was always available to help and respond to all my concerns or needs immediately. I had such a great experience with Claudiea. She gave me a last‑minute tour at the end of the day, yet she was just as kind, patient, and welcoming as if it were first thing in the morning. Throughout the entire process, she has been incredibly helpful—any time I got stuck or needed guidance, especially with navigating the portal, she walked me through it without hesitation. If I could give 1 million stars I would because I have never experienced this before with an apartment.
Update March 2026 - my washer and dryer have not worked properly since I moved in to my new unit. It takes upwards of 3 hours to dry a regular sized load, and my first washer wasn’t spinning, and it was replaced with one that has a faint gasoline smell. I’ve been patient on the dryer issue. It’s not too much to ask to do laundry. I was told this morning that maintenance would be by to resolve the issue. It’s 6:45pm, no maintenance. I have lived here at Lakeland Estates for a few years and have enjoyed it. Management is very friendly and helpful. However, they have recently switched over to an AI system. I hope they will re-think this because if "she" hears a key word she will take a different action than what you are asking. It is very frustrating. And maybe it is just my imagination, but she can be rude. I prefer the human experience.
Been here since 2019. I like the small community feeling of these apartments and the proximity to major roadways, shopping and restaurants. Rose is awesome! She’s been here for years (how they haven’t made her manager yet, I don’t know because she’s been here since I moved in and has always been the most helpful when I need things).
